We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s a quick overview of our return and exchange process:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at support@astute.house to request a return.
  • If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.
  • It will take up to 10 business days for us to inspect the item.
  • If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@astute.house.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Refuse the package and note the reason on the delivery slip if damaged.
  • Contact us immediately for assistance.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
