We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:

- If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.
- It will take up to 10 business days for us to inspect the item.
- If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon reception.
- Refuse the package and note the reason on the delivery slip if damaged.
